    MANAGING DIRECTOR
    Shalu Maheshwari

    MOSAIC has been founded by Shalu Maheshwari. Shalu has over 25 years of experience in Executive Search, Investment Banking as well as Financial Journalism. She was a Senior Client Partner, Global Financial Markets team at Korn Ferry, India. She has spent over twenty years with Accord India, a domestic executive search firm (part of one of the most successful global networks) where she was largely responsible for building and expanding the Financial Services search practice.

    Shalu has impacted more than 200 leaders across professional and financial services.

    Some of her key leadership assignments included partnering with large global banks, asset management companies, wealth management, private equity and insurance companies in hiring startup teams in India. She has been one of the most active search professionals in India in hiring and building out the Non-Bank financial services sector in India most recently.

    Prior to Executive Search, Shalu spent her initial years in equities where she was part of Smith New Court, SSKI. She was responsible for building out a proprietary equity market index and was instrumental in partnering with one of the largest Indian Stock Exchanges’ in creating special sector indices on the same lines as MSCI. Shalu has recently concluded INSEAD Leadership Programme for Senior Executives and is an active member of the INSEAD, India Alumni. She is an Accountant by qualification and holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Mumbai.

    Manju Dikshit

    Manju has over 22 years of experience in Corporate (Citibank N.A), Learning and Development and Business Consulting. She is an ICF certified Business Coach, Hogan and DiSC certified assessor and a Genos certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner. She has used these tools extensively to assess individuals for various desired interventions and outcomes as mandated across industries and levels with a strong presence in the BFSI space.

    She has also been instrumental in coaching individuals on various parameters prior to joining new roles and in existing roles to hone skills and performance as required.

    She works as a consultant in MOSAIC in the area of administering assessments and coaching individuals. Manju is extremely passionate about seeing a change in the people she works with and unleashing their full potential for the benefit to the organization and development of themselves through powerful interventions done. Her corporate experience and business perspective further enables her to understand different nuances of requirements thereby making application of learning effective and measurable. She has completed her Master’s in Management Studies and Bachelor of Commerce.
